Animal Resort
Saturday, August 04, 2012,
A unique find in the outskirt of Singapore heartlands. This is not the typical pet resort, but something that is of a bigger scale. It house some of the most exotic animals, a pre-historic animal, a young horse, some other animals that I have no idea what are they call. hahaha. Pardon me, I am no animal guru.
Here's some of the photographs that I took with my trusty camera.

Mount Kinabulu
Friday, June 15, 2012,
Its been quite some time since I posted any updates. I guessed I was pretty tied up with some other aspects of my life. Here's a quick recap of my lives over the last few months:
-Couples of my friends gotten married and many more to come. One of them happened to be a friend whom I knew since Junior college, studied in the same local university and works in the same company. He married another of our classmates. =)
-I applied and gotten a build-to-order (BTO) flat somewhere near my parents. This means I am too getting ready for my marriage. But, I am still in the midst of planning the proposal. I know its ironical in Singapore.. People buy house together before they even tie their knots. Its the way of life over at singapore.
-I am getting into a hectic period of the year again. With more projects coming my way, things are heading uphill. Fortunately, there are several additions to my team and the burden would be shared among all of us.
-I went on my first business trip. If you think it was a typical business trip.. think again, I wouldn't have probably mentioned it over here. It was a 390km drive from singapore to Kuala Lumpur. My boss decided to drive there instead of taking a flight there. It took us about 2~3 hours to reach the destination. (Do the maths and you will know how fast the car was driven) The highlight of this trip was on the way back from Kuala Lumpur, the car's hydraulic line for the handbrake got dislodged and dragged against the tar road.. creating sparks and drawing attentions of other road users. We had to pulled over and tied every means to fix it. There was no tools on board the car to fix the damage and we had to pray hard that the car don't break down as we continued to drive with the lines dragging on the road. It took us several pullover stops before we managed to scavenge a rubber strip to secure the brake line. Lucky us. This is one hell of a ride.
I am currently planning for a trip to climb mount kinabulu in sabah, malaysia. I will them posted here. =)

Trans Cab
Friday, December 23, 2011,
After working late into the night, I took a cab home from the office with my colleagues. After dropping them off at their homes, the taix driver turned to me and asked if there is any particular singer that you would like to listen to. Anyone? I was like hmmm... Try 林宥嘉. The taxi driver instantly changed from a typical taxi uncle to a hip and cool DJ. Spin the disc uncle and blast the music. Hahaha. Its a really enjoyable ride home after a long and tiring day at work.
PS. Nice speaker and powerful sub woofer and amp.

Grandpa and grandson
Monday, December 19, 2011,
As I was satisfying my craving for kaya toast over at Ya Kun, there was this grandpa and grandson sitting opposite to me. The grandpa is trying to get the grandson to accustom to his way of drinking a hot drink, from a saucer that hold the cup (from the olden days). The grandson was reluctant and was sulking when the grandfater insisted his way. The sudden outburst of the grandson made grandpa gave in. Grandson was sipping the hot milo from the cup when he accidently spilled a portion of it on the table. Grandpa greeted that with a stern face, but he went on to pour the remaining hot milo onto the saucer. Grandson obliged to drink from the saucer.
