B&W photos

After much awaiting, these are the photos that came out of the Diana Camera.

It went through many hands,

many peeps through the view finder,

many clicks to frame up the object.

One I like most was the one taken by Pris.. and I happened to be the subject. so coincidental. haha.

there is a reason why some pictures seemed to overlap one another. this was due to my negligence, I tried to shoot 16 pictures in a camera calibrated for 12 shots.. meaning that there isn't enough spacing between each exposure, hence the overlapping of pictures.

hope next time i dun make the same mistake again. hehe.

ps. I still got a roll of colour and black & white films.

my lomo story part1
Saturday, April 11, 2009,

This was given to me as a present for my birthday last year. thanks dear. however, i was quite disappointed when i found out that thre wasn't 35mm adaptor for this medium format film camera. (Thanks pris for all the optimistic view, like shooting in 120mm instead of 35mm..) Somebody tell me that the 35mm adaptor for DIANA + exist.

It wasn't until recently this year, that i found out more about the TOY camera from my fellow colleagues. SOMEWHERE out there, there are shops selling the 35mm adaptor locally. Woah.. And to think that i was complaining to my friends that this camera don't have 35mm adaptor unlike Holga (another toy camera).

Funny how the fellow camera enthusiasts would come together to help each other, sharing their own experiences. its really amazing.

Planning to get my hands on the shutter release cable, some 120mm films and perhaps a 35mm adaptor.
