Word of Encouragements
I have been told over and over again by people that people have eyes to see what you are doing even you don't know them well. Be it good or bad, you are constantly be evaluated by people.

The team leader from another team walked up to me and gave me a pep talk. He said,"Kevin, what you are doing now is good and keep it up." Then, he went to say that all the OT that I had been doing reminds me of his times when he was doing R&D as well. "You practically lived in a worlld without sunlight." FYI, he is the legendary figure in Engineering department. The one and only person that actually slept over in the company to get things accomplished. He was one of the pioneer batch of people that handled R&D in its infancy stage and he was definitely one of the most reputable engineer around. I certainly looked up to him.

The message that he is trying to convey is that I should learn to look after myself and I would probably need to make my boss things differently when I gained enough experiences in the future. Never to stop inventing new methods of doing the same stuff. Thanks for this words of encouragements.

Everyday is a valuable lesson to be pondered and wise up.
