Sabotaged by the notorious terrorists, they left a huge hole in the dam in a blast explosion that threatened the heart of the city located downstream. Authorities had evacuated the people immediately, in view of the possibility of flash flood. hours after the explosion, the dam gave way to the overwhelmed floodwater. Water came gushing down, destroying everything in its path. Despite the early evacuation, thousands were caught in the flash flood. Government attempted to salvage the situation, pleading for domestic aid from neighbouring countries. Deputy Defense General said,"The damage had been done, there isn't much we can do but to rebuild the city."
