dom dom.. dom dom.. dommmmm... we are proud to present to you, the shrimp royal family.

high up on the list, we have the crystal red shrimp, the king of the shrimp royal family. wearing that red ruby crystal all over its fair body, definitely an attention seeker. hahaha. on par with it, is the black diamond shrimp. contrasting black diamonds (haha.. not carbon hor) with its fair body, the queen of the royal shrimp family adopts the zebra strips which was the in thing back then.. still stuck in that 60's? wahahaha.

moving down the line to the middle class, we have the red nose shrimp. the typical cunning squire, marked by the red nose like the chinese opera, they existed to take advantage of people, pushing their workers to toil on their vast (seaweed growing) farmlands. next up, the tiger prawn, they got their names for their size fierce appearance. They are the soldiers that help defend fragile kingdom, fighting off the bigger predators. these fearless fighting tiger shrimp, often sacrificed their lives during battles due to poor colour combination that stood out in a land of green seaweeds. (somebody, change the colour of the uniform. lol)

maintaining the law and order is the blue shrimp. in the distinctive blue uniform, they would patrol the streets of the weed city, sniffing out any crime and cracking those mystery cases like what the scooby doo. haha. we have them to thank for the high security, the peace of a mind traveling at the night. being the environmentalist and union, the green shrimp would been found on the street protesting against the red nose shrimp for ill treating the land of weeds and the workers.. even though, they ain't very effective in this monarchy weeds country, they do add some favours to the daily lives, did i mention burning tires? nah, they are green for a purpose, peaceful protest.

sakura cherry shrimp belongs to the group of celebrity. appearing on the television programmes like the famous weed mtv, featuring the latest music, gossips and scandals. THIS IS LIFE, the shrimp way. lastly, the orange shrimp.. guess what is their professions? haha.. orange coverall, that links to engineering. building the foundation of the weeds country, they are responsible for the tall sea-scraper to the underground train networks in the weeds country. pray hard that the buildings don't come crumpling down during natural disasters.

it was located within the punggol park just beside, what used to be a fishing pond. the ambient was quite nice, the typical sunset by the small lake, with atypical condominium buildings as the background. anyway, the food over there is considered to be quite nice, 3 stars for it.

too bad i forgot to take photo of the food we ordered. So i will try to describe the food as close to what i observed. We ordered 2 main courses, one was the pork streak with grilled potatoes in dark sauce(priced at $22), the other was salmon wrapped in bacon, with butter raisin rice (priced at $16). even though the soup of the day, which was the soup of corn, wasn't that really nice, but the price for these main course were really affordable. Another thing to point out was that the service wasn't really that good, perhaps its because that waitress is new to the job. (-1/2 for their service)
