A lecturer was giving a lecture to his student on stress management. He raised a glass of water and asked the audience, "How heavy do you think this glass of water is?"

The students answers ranged from 20g to 500gm. "It does not matter on the absolute weight. It depends on how long you hold it. If I hold it for a minute. It is Ok.

If I hold it for an hour, I will have an ache in my right arm. If I hold it for a day, you will have to call an ambulance.


It is the exact same weight but the longer I hold it, the heavier it becomes." What you have to do is to put the glass down, rest for a while before holding it up again."


We have to put down the burden periodically, so that we can be refreshed and are able to carry on. So before you return home from work tonite, put the burden of work down. Don't carry it back home. You can pick it up tomorrow. Whatever burdens you are having now on your shoulders, let it down for a moment if you can. Pick it up again later when you have rested.

She had it planned out a couple of days prior to Paulus's actual birthday, which falls on the 13th Feb.

She invited many X and K clan people, not forgetting his neighbours in block 42.

She thought of numerous ways to execute him, returning an eye for an eye.

Sweet Revenge = Combo of the following actions.

1) Ponding him in ADM

2) Powder attack

3) Stripping him naked to his undies

4) Listerine attack
5) Smashing his face with the puny cake(LOL)

6) Shaving his head bald

7) Toothpaste attack

The plan was all-rounded, so much so that they had me as the insider.. (just because I am birthday boy roomie..haha).

Its going to be an insider job, if all else fails.

Faking a reason to leave the room, thus opening the door.

Leaving the window unlocked, to facilitate the window entry.

Holding him down, while attempting to open the door.. (sounded so wrong.. :p)

Minutes to midnight, the messages that was meant for his attackers, ended up on Paulus inbox. He questioned me about the plans. Obviously, I had to deny having heard of their plans so as not to blow my undercover. I am such a bad liar.. haha. Still, i wasn't certain whether he bought my story. OH NO... He was on high alert.. putting on his jeans, locking the doors and window, pretending there is no one in the room. (Priscilla?? had you not tipped him off your plans, everything would have gone smoothly.. why sia??)

Break or Make, its up to the insider. Soon enough, Derek tried to enter the room. Sensing that Paulus was on high alert, he came up with an excuse to by-pass the room security. Striking up a conversation with both me and paulus, he quickly gain the trust of paulus, letting him into the room. Once again, the door was locked again.

Boy did paulus know that he just let in a potential attacker, despite making claims that he isn't planning to do it. haha. while paulus attention was diverted away, Derek took out his weapon from his pocket and showed it to me.. A Permanent Black MARKER. (Ease of application and added tickling effect due to the felt tip, good choice of tool).

Knocks on the door came from two girls outside. They were here to celebrate his birthday. Hidden from the peep hole view, they were whole lot of them.. all ready to charge into the room once the go signal is given. However, that old trick didn't work like they did in the television. Come on lah.. Paulus has goen through army loh, can't be that gullible. SMS received, saying open the door and window now, we had every exit covered. Adding on to the point, Derek came up with this story of his friend being ponded 3 months after his birthday just because his friends din't had the chance to do so.

With no one on his side, he was fighting a losing war.. He took a few steps, with a deep breathd..

The predators overwhelmed him.... whahaha

happy new year! its that time of the year again. wahahaha.. rain ang bao! rain ang bao! may everyone uses this as a break to the monotonuous lifestyle. its time to relax for the next few days.. do some catching back with relatives and friends.


eugene did mentioned something that would definitely ring some bells. during each relative's house visit, one question always arise when you reach the age of mine. hmmm.. what do you think?

often, i would just smile at them, conveying the message "please don't ask me about that issue, i don't have one yet!". its rather annoying to be asked this question over and over again.. why can't people be more understanding towards others plight? hahaha.. anyway, i am quite open to that. i think, but there is still a limit to that.

but currently, i am still down with flu and cough.. say bye bye to ba gua, curry chicken, chocolate, KFC, deep fried chicken wings, pineapple tarts, love letters.. oh man, looks like i am going to miss out on alot of things. priscilla was saying," what a bad time to fall sick."

i need my herbal tea and water.. get well soon( for myself)




ps. watched that sweeny todd during one of the weekday, wasn't really that nice as they said it would be.. perhaps its the sound and substitles of movie.. pirated one, what else can we expect? its a musical.. so not everyone likes it. maybe should have watch american gangster instead.. wasted.. hope there would be another time.
