crazy fellow! exclaimed angie, after i told her that i took part in the new balance annual real run '07 on a sunday morning. fancy paying $30 for just to run on the race track, putting myself through all this trouble when i could have slept till the sun scorched my butt. haha. for that, i also agree with her.

i wouldn't had joined this race if it wasn't for that equally crazy fellow, ben wong. i got psycho by him to join this one, after bugging me for all this while. haha. turning him down for the standard chartered full marathon, i can't possibly turned him down again. aiya.

despite the freaking scorching sun that fried everyone on that no shades runway, it turns out well in the end. i got to meet some of the hostel mates, yue you and company, plus some enthusiastic runners like alan, not forgetting the beautiful scenery and pretty girls along the way. haha. thanks ben.

anyway, this run turned out to be better organised compared to the "army half marathon". well, it could be either the location or organisation? thats up to you to decide. but.. but.. but.. even though the changi exhibition center looked cool with great sea view, but it was twinged with reception related problems. over there, calling is a no no. like a mine sweeper, i had to move around searching for the location with the best reception (at most 2 bars), before i could even receive a freaking sms. new place + ulu location = sucky telecommunication support? haha.
